$680.00 Money Order to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security OR
If Applying for a Fee Waiver You Must Also Bring the Following:
a. Birth Certificates of you U.S. Citizen Children AND
b. Medicaid and/or Food stamp cards/letters of eligibility
